Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan discuss prospects for cooperation

NUR-SULTAN, Kazakhstan – During a telephone conversation, Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Askar Mamin and Kyrgyzstan Prime Minister and Acting President Sadyr Zhaparov discussed further cooperation. The conversation took place at the initiative of the Kyrgyz side, the press service of the government of Kazakhstan reported on November 5.

The interlocutors discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in the trade, economic, transit, transport and water and energy spheres, discussed issues of interaction within the EAEU and the CIS, as well as the experience of combating the spread of COVID-19.
